TrebleRadio: Top Four Race Heating up with Arsenal & City Dropping Out?

March 17th, 2016

All three hosts are back this week just in time for Arsenal's Champions League exit. With just the Premier League to focus on, do Arsenal still have a shot at the title or is it a two horse race between Leicester and Tottenham?

Rafa Benitez has been hired at Newcastle, but can he save them from relegation or will his biggest impact on the league be his feud with Big Sam? Speaking of manager feuds, how much entertainment can we get from those alone? How well would a Premier League manager reality show do ratings wise?
The FA Cup magic is strong this season with Crystal Palace, Watford, and Everton already securing spots in the semifinals. Will West Ham or Manchester United grab the final spot?
Things are heating up in the league as the end of the season is approaching.  Everton and Arsenal are facing off this weekend.  Who will come out on top at Goodison Park? Will Chelsea create anything without Diego Costa against Dimitri Payet and West Ham? Benitez has his first Tyne Wear Derby this weekend, but can he help Newcastle to their first victory in over six matches against Sunderland? The Manchester Derby is this Sunday, but it might come down to which team is struggling less.

Treble Radio: Premier League Preview 1/20/16

January 21st, 2016

We talked so much this week that we have a separate Premier League preview show special!

We start off with Manchester United playing Southampton. Once again the big question is which Man United team will show up? Will they be the exciting attacking United or the sit back and defend United?

Leicester play Stoke, who are so hot right now. Can Leicester step their game back up?  Will they, like the other top teams before them, drop points to Stoke?

Reluctantly, West Ham and Manchester City are next. City are either fantastic or crap, but the Hammers have Payet back in form and are a force to be reckoned with. Which side, if either, will come out on top?

Arsenal are sitting on the top on goal difference and playing defending champions Chelsea this weekend. Chelsea have momentum since Mourinho's sacking, but do they have enough to get a point, or points, from Arsenal?

We round out this show with the Sunderland and Bournemouth relegation battle-ish. Will Bournemouth's new signings shine or will Sunderland start trying to pull off a great escape?

Treble Radio Premier League Preview

November 5th, 2015

We talked so much last time we ran out of time for previews...again. Everton are up against West Ham, Bournemouth and Newcastle meet up in a relegation battle, Liverpool play Crystal Palace, and there's a North London Derby

.
As usual, we predict the main storyline, man of the match, and the score line of each game.

There was Champions League action this week, whether Eric wants to admit or not. Arsenal might have crossed wires in their fall to Bayern Munich, but Manchester United managed a victory. Chelsea scrapped three points, and City dominated again.

Which fires grow stronger and which are just for looks? Find out on Treble Radio.
